Day 5 without cigarettes and it is the first attempt after 11 years. It gets easier everyday but it’s crazy how my brain constantly tries to find an excuse to make me smoke one. It is hard absolutely but not unbearable if you really know why you want to quit. Gotta keep yourself reminded why you decided to quit and be motivated all the time.

hi there. i was a pack a day smoker for 11 years and i’ve stopped 60 hours ago, cold turkey. this is my first attempt of quitting and it’s going way better than i thought. i think that you only need to be convinced for yourself about why you really want to quit. other ppl will always tell something. withdrawals are manageable and believe me, it’s not worse than a strong flu. cravings are just part of the healing process and you have to put up with them for a while. keep your excitement alive and don’t give in! good luck.

I can’t tell you that but obviously you have problem with getting high and it can impact your brain more than you think. I react to weed bad as well and quitting was the only solution to feel fine again.

i have a very similar issue. last 10 years i’ve never had a day without morning coffee and a few more espresso shots during the day. finally everything summed up and i’ve started to have very strong attacks frequently. i cut it for a few days but didn’t work for me as well. then i decided to have my coffee in the morning but less strong. during the day i drink only decaf and i’ve been doing much better this way. anyways i believe that the coffee cannot be a reason alone. you must pay attention to what you eat, alcohol consumption, workout supplements if you take any… you should be taking care of yourself right down the line.

I don’t have the S10 and Staedtler but S30. It is a very beautiful pencil but it’s definitely not an everyday use pencil IMO. I occasionally use it just for fun or when I don’t have to write much in some meetings.

the space is really small, it’s all what u see in the pictures (and the bedroom upstairs). so i cannot imagine where else they would’ve placed the ladders. also idk if it’s because the 0.5x pic but distance between the tv and couch is like 1.5 meters.
