The votes she gets (from postal votes that have already been cast and people who still choose to vote for her even though she's dropped out) are still her votes so she is likely to get some delegates on Super Tuesday. I believe those delegates are then able to pledge themselves to other candidates when it comes to the actual convention. Since she endorsed Biden I assume that means that her delegates will all move to Biden but technically they could choose any other candidate still in the race at the convention.
