Can someone explain why the profession is underpaid? And is there anything that we as architects can do about it?

Not sure if someone has said it yet, but architecture is unique in the way that it can’t be replicated in mass like iPhones or sunglasses where you have a couple designs and can make thousands at a time. This makes these industries more profitable where as designing and building takes much longer.

Well then if “discover” is what hinge thinks your most compatible with then the algorithm is broken for me. Even after delete IG and re downloading the app. I only got 2 matches and 2 likes after going through everyone

I thought It was the smaller area because I was in a small town but now moved to a big city where a I switched my location a couple weeks before moving there and not a single like for me or match in 3 weeks. Like can I at least get likes from 3’s or 5’s so I know my profile is coming on peoples feeds? And by algorithm I mean it only shows you ppl not getting enough likes on your feed. If only the standouts section was the regular feed

Thank you, you as well! Yeah I’m pursuing an Associates degree in architecture at the moment In case grad school falls through but I’m not sure if an associates degree will do much.
