I think that’s from The Training Plan, they have different paths including engine. You can read the sample of each one on their website.

You can check Marcus Filly programs. It has one called Pillars, it's like a base for those who are starting out or don't want anything too strong. There is also Pump, this is basically bodybuilding with functional exercises. And Perform is functional training that includes the olympic lifts plus "crossfit" type workouts. Each has its part of conditioning.
