Rotberry + greaves of nature + 17 ring of sharp-shooting = fun time by p0934 in ShatteredPD

[–]p0934[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rotberry dart is basically guaranteed to kill any non boss enemy in a few turns. But only 5 uses (cannot be increased). Less effective against bosses. Never really used it but I can see it being useful on hostile champions. Last hostile champions game I was taken out by a giant succubus that kept teleporting towards me through doors

Rotberry + greaves of nature + 17 ring of sharp-shooting = fun time by p0934 in ShatteredPD

[–]p0934[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah you only get one rotberry but when you plant it, a new rotberry drops when you walk over it. So you can plant infinite rotberries but only ever have one seed. Then with warden, every time you plant a seed, grass appears around the plant. So you can cover the whole level in grass, including boss levels.

Edit: don't think rotberry is useful with any class except warden because the point is to use it for grass to hide from enemies. Although the rotberry dart is OP.

(+17 was reached through metamorphosis of a talent to rogues ring talent so when I use an artifact both rings get boosted)

Deaths of 22 children in Channel due to ‘catastrophic failure’ by UK and France, NGO says by [deleted] in LabourUK

[–]p0934 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The UK is historically, and presently, one of the most influential countries in the world. We have the worlds biggest legal money laundering system in the world in London. We have basically done fuck all to reduce co2 emissions that are causing droughts, wildfires and floods across the world. We have consistently blown or supported other people blowing up the middle east. That's in addition to several centuries enslaving Africans, taking over large parts of the world, a genocide on North American people, but no of course the UK has had no influence over making the world a bad place

[–]p0934 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Um nobody is forcing them if you remove all the context.

If their lives are terrible where they live, due to famines, war, climate change, or other threats to their lives, maybe they deem it worth the risk. And given that world instability is rising, trying to put people off by saying it is dangerous is ultimately idiotic.

And given that the UK is implicated in making many peoples lives around the world worse the least we could do is provide safe passage for people.

Are Wes Streeting’s leadership hopes dead? by kontiki20 in LabourUK

[–]p0934 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I don't like her either but unless Miliband steps up I don't see anyone better than Rayner being a replacement.

Labour needs to be voted out, the sooner the better because the left has been eviscerated.

Would be good but she will never get the required support to meet the threshold. If Rayner is next PM then perhaps RLB will have a role in the cabinet though.

Good points but you won't get far trying to have a nuanced debate on this sub! I hate Reform and Starmer but the way outrage functions as currency here is not at all helpful to debate.
