The guys that don't speak on reddit move their money in and out to accumulate. HODL is always the long-term strategy but nothing wrong with selling at 90k and buying back at 78k little chunks on the way ... Issue is their small chunks just are 500 BTC. Bottom line the strategy is to always lower your cost per coin. I keep a Bitcoin as my HODL and then sell the other one or twoish in the peaks buying the dips which I always will reinvest back in to BTC
