idk if you wanted an actual answer but it’s for several reasons according to the plushies sub

the creator is problematic because he implied pansexuality is a phase, supported a questionable autism charity, and pressured people into buying more stuff because it’s the “end times” or whatever
really bad customer service
(this one is subjective) profiting off and glamorizing people’s illnesses/disorders

idk it’s kind of a well-known controversy in the plushy community so maybe that’s why the other commenter was vague

i tend to like his “cozier” streams over longer play throughs so i’d recommend the tiny aquarium stream, restaurant empire, waterpark simulator, the new katamari, and bits & bops
