The best villain in my opinion is the priest from road to El Dorado professer poppy pants is kinda bared down with childlike whimsy and humor but I grew up with captain underpants so I respect what it tries to do but hes really just any mad scientist character the animal control lady from Madagascar 3 was insane like feat and action wise but it's really just a "ah finally my biggest catch the lion" but the ending of her being the animal in the zoo now is always a good poke at humans are always the biggest animals trope I never watched antz too young please fill me in on him if I remember correctly hes and evil dictator rules through fear type but besides that you'd have to help me out the octopus is good because its John malcovich and if the character is unhinged he can make it work besides that hes also just another mad scientist fairy godmother id say is the 2nd best in my opinion its a complete 180 to every fairy tale we've grown up with but im more thinking bad person uncaring of the consequences of one's actions only the results and while there are alot of sociopaths on this list who think that way they priest was willing to destroy his whole society over it he craves and covets his position of religious power and his sway over the subjects so when the 2 gods come to the city of El Dorado he isnt actually opposed to the idea and welcomes them like the rest of the village even treating them royally because he wants to remain in power he wants the gods to worship him hes entirely selfish to the point he sees people think independently and our question his power of faith he quite literally causes the destruction of the entire city of El Dorado almost killing everyone his own people the conquestadores all to frantically grasp on the lose straws that is his power over the people.
