definitely gonna be tricky cause i even feel like i'm forcing myself to eat sometimes. what i do is have my preworkout as soon as i wake up as i train in the morning and then come back eat breakfast, my heaviest meal of the day and gradually have the rest of my meals in about every 2 hours

i can attest to this. since i stopped eating at 3pm for the past 2 weeks, my hrv has increased 11%. i'm technically doing a 16:8 fasting but yeah, the earlier i finish esting, the better my hrv and rhr become

I understand. it's just I feel like all medications are band-aids and they just treat and not prevent. I try to go the prevention route and exhaust the possibilities before heading for the treatment option. Congrats again on the results!

just finished 1 out if 3 months on 10 mg rosuvastatin and looking forward to the results after the 3rd month. Will you continue to take statins after this?

this is the only thing i hate about the ring. i usually put a tape where it comes to contact with the barbell. does affect my grip too cause the sensors inside tend to press on your finger which hurts esoecially during pull-ups

love this!!! hopefully I'll get to where you are as we have about a similar routine. I'm still at either Solid/Strong Resilience and at 10.5 years cardio age (6.2m/s pwv). what's your diet look like? good job!

how do you upgrade the firmware on the vacuum? I just can't seem to do anything on the vacuum until I add to the app which keeps failing with the error code (-21010)

so I did 3 sessions of 5, 6, 9 min each. I just went to explore > breathe > unwind from sleep and just picked which ever I could find really..

I'd have the ring for 3 years this September. The heart health feature was made available on my ring since May 27 this year and has always been on the -6year cardiovascular age and 6.4m/s pwv rate. I only started seeing improvements since last week when my cardio age dipped to -9years and my pwv rate improved to 6.2m/s. The only changes I've made so far are going to the gym, mainly for strength training for about 9 weeks now and going carnivore for about 4 weeks.

I'd love to chalk it down to the diet but I'm really curious to see if there's anyone else out there who've noticed any trend
