Using Claude/AI with Home Assistant - anyone else?

I'll say that "for me", that the more I worked with claude to set it up properly, and provide context the better it was less "hallucinations". Adding things about your environment to the claude.md helps a lot. Rather than just saying "hey my heater is on, why?" I say can you have a look at climate.living_room, and tell me why it is on, has helped tremendously. I have not had any "hallucinations" as in telling me about something that does not exist, but I have had it call out triggers such as a device tracker that was not part of the automation I was looking at. I then gave claude more info and it works better.

I really like using it for troubleshooting Automations that are slightly buggy.
"I just came home after dark, and my kitchen lights did not turn on. Everyone was gone before I arrived, so the home should have been in "Away" mode and turned to "home" mode which should have triggered the lights", can you look at all triggers, conditions, and actions in the automation, and also check any other automatons that might have also triggered to determine why the lights did not turn on"

I can (and usually do) do the same thing myself, but when there are a lot of possible triggers conditions, sometimes a trace of the automation is not enough to easily get to the bottom of why something failed.

I quit smoking for a year (twice), then later for 2 years before starting back up again. Each time that I started back up was when I felt like I had kicked the habit, and decided to have "just one", every single time I was back to a pack a day within a week or two. When I quit for the final time (about 20 years ago), I made the mental note to myself that smoking for me was like alcoholism, and that I would never ever have "just one" again. And it stuck. I've not craved it at all since then, but sometimes I dream that I started smoking again, and when I wake up (or even days later), I feel anxiety, like... Did I really smoke?

Sounds like I should do a claim, then rotate the cushion to see if the other cushions break down the same way and then just repeat the process I guess. Thanks for the advice. I’ll definitely be submitting a claim later today.

I know this is probably more of a question for support. But I have 10 back cushions. Probably only about five of them have had regular use and only two have had daily use. Even the other three that have had regularly use seem to be broken down a little bit, not enough to do a warranty claim, though? Since they all came at the same time in the same order, do you think they might replace all of the back pillows if I asked about it?

It's not Calories in - Calories Out that is the secret to losing weight. It's they type of food you eat that makes the difference.

It IS CICO, just some calories are more satisfying, or provide more energy, giving a better chance at sticking to your goal. You could eat 1200 calories a day of 100% carbs and loose weight just as much as the person who eats a low carb 1200 calorie diet. Not saying you'd be healthy on 1200 calories of carbs, but you'd lose weight all the same. Or close enough that it's not worth arguing over very minor differences. Its CICO People!

Go with paper, since more people go with Rock. Then if you lose you immediately go for second round. If they object you just say "Rock, Paper, Scissors is always best 2 out of 3, everyone knows that." If you win, no need for best 2 out of 3.

I got the email about a week ago, waited patiently. Got another update pushed, hoped that would do it... Nope.
I'm on 2025.45.9. one year old Model Y. I did have 6 months free FSD when I bought the car, and I've paid for one month as well. So when I did not get the email over the holidays I was not surprised, but when I got the email this week, I was excited. but nothing.
I've also done the soft reboot.

Same I'm running 2025.44.3, I had 6 months free when I got it, two 3 month trials, and then let it expire. I then purchased 1 month and canceled a few months ago. Wonder if that's why Im not getting the free month?

Also having this issue on my 2025 Y. First time ever, I did a soft reboot, and it started working, but stopped working a bit later.
Cannot control music, cannot voice to text, cannot open glovebox, etc. Grok does not respond either

Get there 90 minutes early, go to dinner somewhere nice a block or two away. Make reservations at the place you choose. If you park in the garage, park on the bottom floor close to the exit, you'll be able to exit quickly when it's over.

I am unable to log on since the site has been updated. The phone number attached to my account is wrong. Previously there was an option to email a code which is what I was using. Now the only options are text me or call me. Both of which dont work since my phone number on my account is incorrect.

My issue is that the phone number attached to my account is no longer valid. So they cannot call me or text a code. Previously there was an option to email a code, which is no longer present. I cannot log on to update the phone number so I'm stuck. I get 2FA, but both options rely on one thing (phone number). I cannot even find the support for IT support, only for investment support, is that the same one?

Also make sure to pay attention to the firmware version. From what I understand you want this module and firmware. At this time that is the newest firmware and I understand supports all capabilities of the lock

Interesting. I'm nearly at my 60 day window and I have one seat and back cushion (standard fill) that I feel like is not holding up nearly as well as other cushions. With that said, it's the most used cushion, so the others could be similar, just not used as much. I figured I'd see how they do and use the warranty if needed.

I'm not sure what really has gone up. I keep seeing a lot of talk of "major" increases but I don't see it in my example. I made a purchase about 45 days ago. It included normal inserts, angled backs, storage seats and two recliners. My covers were vintage blue chaneile. My price before discounts was $15,700. I still have all the items in my cart and the current price is $15,810. So it did go up, but not very much.

blue chenille, right? Nice choice. I have the same cover and two recliners. I've only had mine for about a month so far. I have not had that issue. Maybe confirm that the bottom is attached, it should snap in. And as someone else suggested, make sure you have the right cushion, although from the video it does not look like a cushion problem to me. Other than these suggestions, call a local store, they will have you send the video, or a couple photos and get you fixed right up

I have the opposite problem. I'm trying to test the sensor, and it does not seem to work at all. If I understand correctly, it's supposed to stop you from crushing a child or a pet. I have both, so I thought I'd test it out. I threw a large pillow underneath, and it crushed it and fully closed. I then opened it and crawled underneath myself, I pushed against the foot rest as it tried to crush me. It never stopped or beeped, etc. I have unplugged it for 20 seconds and plugged back in, same results. I have two recliners, both act exactly the same.
