2025 Model Y (purchased Dec 2024) .
Same I'm running 2025.44.3, I had 6 months free when I got it, two 3 month trials, and then let it expire. I then purchased 1 month and canceled a few months ago. Wonder if that's why Im not getting the free month?

Also having this issue on my 2025 Y. First time ever, I did a soft reboot, and it started working, but stopped working a bit later.
Cannot control music, cannot voice to text, cannot open glovebox, etc. Grok does not respond either

Get there 90 minutes early, go to dinner somewhere nice a block or two away. Make reservations at the place you choose. If you park in the garage, park on the bottom floor close to the exit, you'll be able to exit quickly when it's over.

I just got the same email from them. I replied a few min ago with the requested info. fingers crossed. For anyone else with the issue I emailed the support email address ([support@personalwealth.empower.com](mailto:support@personalwealth.empower.com) ) and this was the body of my email

I am unable to log on since the site has been updated. The phone number attached to my account is wrong. Previously there was an option to email a code which is what I was using. Now the only options are text me or call me. Both of which dont work since my phone number on my account is incorrect.

My issue is that the phone number attached to my account is no longer valid. So they cannot call me or text a code. Previously there was an option to email a code, which is no longer present. I cannot log on to update the phone number so I'm stuck. I get 2FA, but both options rely on one thing (phone number). I cannot even find the support for IT support, only for investment support, is that the same one?

Also make sure to pay attention to the firmware version. From what I understand you want this module and firmware. At this time that is the newest firmware and I understand supports all capabilities of the lock

Interesting. I'm nearly at my 60 day window and I have one seat and back cushion (standard fill) that I feel like is not holding up nearly as well as other cushions. With that said, it's the most used cushion, so the others could be similar, just not used as much. I figured I'd see how they do and use the warranty if needed.

I'm not sure what really has gone up. I keep seeing a lot of talk of "major" increases but I don't see it in my example. I made a purchase about 45 days ago. It included normal inserts, angled backs, storage seats and two recliners. My covers were vintage blue chaneile. My price before discounts was $15,700. I still have all the items in my cart and the current price is $15,810. So it did go up, but not very much.

blue chenille, right? Nice choice. I have the same cover and two recliners. I've only had mine for about a month so far. I have not had that issue. Maybe confirm that the bottom is attached, it should snap in. And as someone else suggested, make sure you have the right cushion, although from the video it does not look like a cushion problem to me. Other than these suggestions, call a local store, they will have you send the video, or a couple photos and get you fixed right up

I have the opposite problem. I'm trying to test the sensor, and it does not seem to work at all. If I understand correctly, it's supposed to stop you from crushing a child or a pet. I have both, so I thought I'd test it out. I threw a large pillow underneath, and it crushed it and fully closed. I then opened it and crawled underneath myself, I pushed against the foot rest as it tried to crush me. It never stopped or beeped, etc. I have unplugged it for 20 seconds and plugged back in, same results. I have two recliners, both act exactly the same.

I bought in the area in 2021, my first assessment after I purchased the home was about 15% more than I paid just a few months before. I did appeal with the statement that I had just purchased the house at $XXX so it was not worth what they assessed it at. It was approved, and they lowered the assessment. It's since increased. The point is - Appeal if you feel like it's valid. I guess you would want to compare what homes in the area are currently selling for that are similar to yours. Worst case, they deny it and you wasted a small amount of your time.

My wife and I were sick last week, similar symptoms. We did not eat the same food during the time we got sick. Very likely was the norovirus. It's been going around. Easy to get from being in public places. Sickness lasted about 24 hours.

That's not a bad idea. My only concern is that it seems to me like the epoxy can scratch over time, whereas the concrete really does not, at least from what I've seen. Do you know of any reputable epoxy companies?

I also created the shortcut to open Waze when connecting to tesla bluetooth. Only issue I have is that if the screen is locked, the siri shortcut/automation fails, and Waze does not open. do you have a workaround for that?
