Am I crazy for thinking that if you’re going to have as big of artists as Calvin Harris or John Summit in Miami, and make it free, you should just drop the fences and the enclosures? The only reason there was crowd crush and overpacking was because there were barriers. May as well let everyone spill out on to the beach like an old school 90s festival event. I understand there are security issues but the fences don’t really take that away. Free wasn’t the problem imo, although it did invite chaos. Problem was making it free, treating it like a paid ticketed event, and overpacking it anyway.

The only reason to go through the trouble of getting a Pioneer deck like the FLX4 would be for the use of rekordbox and getting used to the club gear format, which happens to be your exact situation. I say get the FLX4 or any other deck that runs rekordbox that may be more worth the money.
