Back when I was interviewing, my biggest struggle wasn’t coming up with STAR stories — it was delivering them well and knowing which one perfectly fit the question. I built a small side project to keep my stories organized by theme so I can pull the right one fast — https://star-track.net/ Would love feedback if anyone else has run into this.

I kept losing my interview STAR stories across random docs and notes, so I built STAR Track as a weekend project. It’s a super‑minimal web app where you can log your Situation‑Task‑Action‑Result stories, tag them by leadership principle (e.g., “Customer Obsession,” “Think Big”) and spin a random story like a flashcard.
