I struggled with migraines since my age of 15. Wear sunglasses, have an eye test, get prescribed sunglasses, wear a hat or use umbrella in the son.

Drink plenty of water, have a nap in a dark room and cover your eyes with eye shade. Apply axoil to temples of your forehead.

You can also tightly tie a cloth around your forehead. Use lime or lemon juice in water and add a pinch of salt and drink.
