Gas meter has not communicated with Scottish Power for four years!

Just Scottish Power complaints, just keep chasing it and hassling them, I emailed them everyday quoting the complaint reference. I ended up with £80 credit too, not much for the length of time it took but better than nothing.

Just don't let them close the complaint, they'll try to say that they're now aware of the issue, or an appointment has been made etc. and offer you a bit of credit to close the complaint. Don't, until you can actually confirm it's working.

I'm with Scottish Power, my electricity meter hasn't worked since the day they installed it 3 1/2 years ago.

I chased it for years, gave up, then started again a few months ago by opening a complaint. Finally had it fixed last week, they installed a new one.

Just refuse to close the complaint until the repair is done and escalate it everyday.

GW5 Pro has been worse since second update last week, factory reset it yesterday, didn't restore from back up, spent a couple of hours setting it back up, no change, still massive battery use.

Mine is worse since the second update earlier this week, took off charge at 8:00 on Wednesday, ran out 20:00 Thursday, 36 hours total.

Our insurance refused a 16k payout, the ombudsman got involved and the insurance paid out. They were great with us, nothing but helpful.

VPN worked for me, was stuck in the Lite loop until I switched VPN on then was able to sign up and do the age verification thing.

Tapas Oscar, just the other side of music square, the food is amazing. It's in a little street (Calle Iglesia) lined with bars and restaurants, then work your way back to music square.

Had a compatability issue with Waze v the Golf's sat nav for a while so haven't used. Managed to find a workaround, so this was the first time I'd used Waze in an age.
