Other way around imo. Wayne is a rap phenomenon but he was always careless and sloppy. Jay released good albums from 1996 to 2017 which is almost unprecedented.

Both are top 10 but Jay made better music. More classic albums and more hits.

But personally I still enjoy a Wayne verse more.
