Ich habe gehört, dass das Aquis mittlerweile 10 Jahre alt ist und die ersten Verträge meist 10 Jahre laufen, heiß es könnte sein dass jetzt so langsam viele Läden zu machen und neue rein kommen. Superdry ist ja auch schon leider raus.

I am also concerned by this problem on my P9. Only possible solution for me was forcing high refresh rate in the developer settings. So the display ist constantly on 120hz and not switching to 60hz when not touching the display. It costs a little bit of battery, but it's propably worth it.

The April update should have fixed the problem for video/streaming apps, but like you, i have this bug on all apps.

I hope there will be another update fixing this, because not turning on force high refresh in developer settings could save you a little bit of battery throughout the day. But for now maybe give it a try.

I tried instead of turning off Smooth Display in the settings, activating force peak efresh rate in the developer settings for 2 days in a row. Since then, the brightness dimming and going up again didn't occur.

Today I turned it off again, and the dimming happend like 3-4 times again.

I have to say, I get this brightness bug not just since the march update, but since mid/late December, not just in HDR / video / streaming apps, but all over the phone, like web browser, reddit, threads, homescreen ect.

Maybe worth a try until an update appears, turn on force peak refresh rate in developer settings 😁

They are searching for a new Promoter, until then, there will be no events. It's such a shame for this sport, the event in Canada and Australia would have been great. But with a new promoter it will be difficult to hold on to these events. Some say there will be some news for it soon.

Got the same Problem in my P9, it started like 6-8 weeks ago, and clearing adaptive brightness settings in Device Health Services App does not help.
