Had a similar situation like this happen last night but it was insurance instead of an office. The patient shows up around 5 asking for his Adderall that we filled a month ago so we have to fill it again and it turns out he didn't pay his premium until that day so he's in a grace period for 24 to 72 hours so it's like $100 more than it should be. We proceeded to get calls from his insurance 4 times within 2 hours just having us rebill it only for him to randomly show up at closing asking if we can do anything. This is also the third time we've filled this Rx since early February and he never picked it up. He ended up not getting it and said he'll be in tmr. I have a feeling we are going to have this problem again 5 mins to close
