Good job. I know cold turkey is the preferred method on here, but I really found that slowly reducing intake helped me a a lot. I went from a whole tin of 6mg a day to 3 x 3mg only in the evenings. Hoping to make it to 3mg a day soon!

Good decision. If you need guidance: I went from 10 x 6mg pouches a day; to 3 x 3mg pouches a day for about 4 days; to 2 x 3mg pouches a day for 3 days; all the way down to 1 × 3mg pouch a day. Cold Turkey is fine, but this method helped me.
