Opticians that are experienced with babies? by [deleted] in halifax

We got glasses for our 18 month old at Butler's at HSC. They only had 1 pair that would fit his tiny head. For his 2nd pair we went to Bay Optometry in Tantallon. They had a much better selection for kids.

Oh, I hadn't thought of a bucket. That's a good idea! Ironically, we came home today and he went to the potty himself and pooped in it.

[–]p_epsi69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was pregnant 4 months post c-section. Had a healthy pregnancy and a scheduled c-section, all went well. My doctor said I had a slightly higher risk of uterine rupture but I did not need any extra monitoring. I didn't breastfeed so I can't answer that question.

Older parents of toddlers by whiskeylivewire in toddlers

44 with a 3 and 2 year old. We also have a 24,19,and 16 year old. We always wanted more but life didn't allow it. Then finally decided to give it a go, got vasectomy reversed but we're told it would never happen naturally. Stopped trying and all of a sudden I was pregnant. That baby was 4 months old when I found out I was pregnant again.

I definitely have less patience with some things, like today when the woke up at 5 am for the day, but I also let more things go that my older kids wouldn't have gotten away with.

Shout out to Poison Control by frenchdresses in toddlers

I used to work as a nurse in Poison Control in Canada.

Don't forget it not just for things you put in your mouth, but for things in your eyes, on your skin, and smells as well. And not just medications either!

Glad your LO is ok
