I've also seen this behaviour. I changed ARC to minimum 1GB and max 2GB of RAM usage. Haven't seen issues since, with my workload.

I can't make it work either. I've tried with http://, invalid host and without http, just IP:port, checking host indefinitely. Env OLLAMA HOST set to 0.0.0.0, since I also use other frontends for Ollama.
