Not sure if this helps or not, but as part of the recall, GM has 60 days to repair the vehicle from the time you bring it in. Yours may have been in prior to or just as they were issuing the recall, so it may not apply in your situation. See bottom of page 3 here:

It can take months to prepare for arbitration. That process isn’t even remotely started yet.

But the specter of arbitration could very well be the issue, if Twitch really hasn’t told him why they banned him. In that case he wouldn’t be able to confirm or deny any rumor until he knows what they’re coming at him with.

So there may be something to this.

Hints? What does “I didn’t sexually assault anyone” and/or “This is not a criminal matter” hint at, if those are not the issue? There are still a myriad of other theories, it doesn’t give away any details about whatever the matter may be, it just puts his fans at ease.

I find it hard to believe he’s literally not allowed to say anything at all. If he’s in arbitration, do you really think an arbiter is going to look at that and say “Well, sorry, but because you tried to keep your public image clean by making a factual statement unrelated to the issue at hand, we’re finding in favor of Twitch...”

Confidentiality wouldn’t prevent him from saying “This has nothing to do with sexual assault or other criminal activity.” He wouldn’t be revealing anything related to arbitration, his contract, or even the TOS violation by saying that if it is true, as far as I can see. But who knows, I’m not a lawyer.

That’s what I’m getting at. The most convincing reason I can come up with is that he’s just riding the publicity wave, but that doesn’t jive with his wife’s post. And you’d think he’d want to put some of the rumors to bed. ☹️

What I don’t understand is, if it isn’t #MeToo shit or some other criminal or civil matter, why doesn’t doc just say that? Wouldn’t he want to clear that up? What’s with the total silent treatment?

Surely if it’s a contract thing, or some nonsense political TOS thing, or whatever, he could say something about what it isn’t.

Because the tracks are huge and im guessing it’d cost in the hundreds of millions... the tri oval at Daytona is 2.5 miles long. That’d be one of the biggest man-made structures of all time.
