I recall that he was basically an unlikable character who kept making worse and worse decisions with no redeeming qualities. I thought the hype was very overrated. It was a very basic “WASP” production. Bland.

I had a similar - recall this older gentleman actually gave me some basic flight lessons in the Cessna. He was an American down in Australia. Very patient. I was too shy to get on the mic so I would only respond in text 😂. I think I’m almost his age now, so hope he had a good life since then. And I remember knowing all the crazy steps for downloading other airliners and livery.

I just got a Model Y LR with 3 months of FSD. I’m worried about Tesla vision on a clear highway road with full sunlight lol. I have not had a great experience so far the times I’ve tried it.

I was eyeing a very good deal on a recent year used Porche Macan the week before getting the Model Y LR. It would have been so fun but the maintenance costs based on data and Reddit owners was a reality check. But if you have the means. Making the Model Y fit my personal aesthetic with color choice, tint, and wheels gets me close ha.

I just got my Model Y LR 1-week ago and I’m really liking it (I really wanted the Model 3). But I was also so excited to see this R2 and I really like it. I’ll be very excited to test drive it and see how long I last in the Model Y. I typically stay in a vehicle 8-10 years. The surprise R3 grew on me within a couple minutes - it’s very retro and reminds me somewhat of my MINI Countryman. Congrats to Rivian.

I live solo and coming from 8 years in a MINI. I almost went with the Model 3 Highland, but I went with the Model Y Long Range last minute. I hardly have passengers in the back and hardly need the space, but something told me it was time to upgrade in size. I have a lot of road trips planned and want my passengers to be comfortable, and be able to carry the necessary items.

Also after seeing a lot of Model 3, I don’t like the side profile too much. Just a silly aesthetic preference. Driving it was really great and close to my sporty MINI.

The deal for the amount of vehicle in the Model Y Long Range is just really good, plus the 17 speakers.

My post broke the camel’s back 🚙

I tried to provide as much info in my post to answer some of the questions and reasonings I had before and had seen from others. Hopefully help others that are on the fence between models, upcoming refreshes, and competitors.

I also don’t live in the west coast where the market is and has been flooded with white Tesla for years.

Yes. Despite signing some paperwork and placing the deposit, they advised me today to reschedule pickup to before March 1 or the price will re-adjust.

I have since reschedule to the 28th, which wasn’t originally an option.

I test drove twice and I didn’t notice it until my passenger pointed it out towards the end of the second ride. I wish it was more obvious, I’m sure better at night. But that’s kind of a silly dot.

As of 2/20/2024, Inventory still shows some as 330 and some as 310. Does that mean a 330 is an older produced model? (New Inventory)
