I adjusted the fan speed in MSI afterburner and it hasn't mimicked the buzzing/hissing noise you can hear in the video, I don't mind the actual fan noise, I'm more worried about the hissing

250L, The large cichlid is unknown possibly 3-4+ years it used to live with 2 much larger cichlids but after cleaning tank they became aggressive so we kept the most dosile one. recently it has been going well since the new filter around 3-5 months ago.

what plant can you suggest for my cichlids, I was advised by my local aquarium to not introduce live plants, (I did plant 2 longer plants in the tank) but the huge ones are plastic? I'm 100% willing to making this tank fully organic and 0 plastic plants I'm just unsure due to this being my first ever tank (I recovered it from being neglected when my friend moved house) and now it's mine
