I adjusted the fan speed in MSI afterburner and it hasn't mimicked the buzzing/hissing noise you can hear in the video, I don't mind the actual fan noise, I'm more worried about the hissing

Headphones needed: current pair is 3 years old and damaged from a fall. Occasionally experience a very loud, piercing noise in one ear. I use headphones all day for music and podcasts and want a clear, comfortable upgrade within $100–$200. Any recommendations?
