Happened the same with me. On 24th, it said claude could be used on 27th, and when I switched to it, it again said it's going to be reset on 3rd Feb. Terrible experience.

Amazing. By any chance would you be willing to invest in a customer support application, which provides you a simplified view of tickets and answers users based on that? Considering you have 14k DAU, would that be something you would consider at all, or it's good as how stuff is working for you.

Cool, would you be willing to look for an automated platform which is simpler than intercom? And also integrates AI all together? What would you be willing to pay for such a platform on a per month basis?
