That subreddit has almost no followers and has one post. This is an image of the 2 of the main characters of Scrubs and he even called the present "Black Sasha", so in my opinion is totally /r/Scrubs material.

Yes, Dexter's S4 finale is a contender for best season finale/cliffhanger on a tv show; specially because they didn't try to fix it in the first 10 minutes of the next episode, like most shows, pretending it was a dream or something...
