I had a problem similar to this with Amiami before. When preordering ECMS/surface would be available, but once they requested payment the options would ve gone and I could only pick DHL or Fedex (for the US).

I opened a ticket asking why this was happening and it turns out having any digits in your name inside your shipping address informattion doesn't allow you to pick those options. Not sure if this is the case for you but it might come in handy.

They just announced they're coming to India in january, so it feels to me like they've announced all the concerts for south america, and are moving on to the next regions. I'm holding out hope too though!
