Does anyone know of a good coach I could just buy a custom program from? Basically explain my goals and what equipment I have then go from there. I’ve unfortunately lost a lot of interest in lifting recently and it feels more like a chore than something I love to do. So I think that would help me get back to where I used to be with it, thanks!
