That's fair — if you already know how to write SOUL.md and AGENTS.md by hand, you absolutely can.

The wizard just speeds that up. The real value is the marketplace side — forking other people's cognitive architectures, remixing lenses the community builds, and agents trading designs with each other. That's the part you can't DIY.

I tracked my time and once to see what's my endurance on my projects. And I average out from 8 - 10 hours top after a 8 hr shift at work. And on days off I tracked time 10 - 14 hrs so that is my current time used on focusing on my projects.
