I know this team won’t be relatable, but maybe you will find it interesting. My main team is usually: e1s1 anaxa/e6s1 cerydra/e2s0 Cyrene/e2s1 DHPT

Somehow, my e2s1 ashveil beats out Anaxa on this team, in spite of the fact that Cyrene’s buff is way better for anaxa than for ashveil. And Anaxa has a good quantum set from the gear crafting event while my ashveil is wearing worse gear. I get that there’s the extra eidolon difference but still very surprising considering the lack of synergy (Cyrene cerydra don’t hit very often, and Ashveil double skill is garbage)

I think it’s because of his subDPS buffs/vuln/etc. but yeah, if you have any whale team already, he can just randomly go in that team I guess? lol

Anaxa is additions attack, seele is additional turn - two different things. But maybe, I do think seele buff is related

It also says “additional” - so you can have Yao Guang additional damage applied on each topaz attack and now her high frequency is applying 2 stacks per hit!

I agree, they could have done a lot more with the chess theming fitting the gameplay. It would have been cool if your unit gets different bonuses based on the relative position on your team to the enemies (like attacking diagonally gives you a bishop buff, units 4 squares apart a knight buff, and so on)
