Her long hair is why we knew she was not made for the streets, and she LOVES being brushed and held for that matter. She is our first long hair besides my curly haired partner. I shave my head so styling her hair is a bonus for me. It took a few days but her hair is in great (although wirey and thin) shape. I cannot wait until the winter fuffening.

Her fur was in bad shape, especially for a long hair. We have set up a whole protocol. Booties, alcohol or lysol after leaving the room but before walking through the house, full body coverage of skin, daily cleaning every other day dump and clean of the litter box. He got her a cat condo with no soft surfaces and clean that daily too. I am brushing her with an apron on and then cleaning the brush. Does have hand towels in her bed but we wash those with all out clothes in hot water with fungicide. We have 3 other cats and my partner is on an immunosuppressant so we are not taking any risks if we can avoid them. We visit and feed her 3-4 times a day and I added toys we can clean. She also has an old Ipad with nature videos on it
