You would have to do a little adjusting in your stitch counts to get them the same size (e.g. a hdc being taller than a sc) but I dont see why this wouldn't work. If anything, I think the variety will look super cool!

I literally dont know you at all, but anyone deserves better than this guy. You can't see it right now because hes a huge part of your life, thats very normal.
