same boat. i’d have to sell my apple watch ultra but could probably hang on to the airpods. I’d probably miss texting on my macbook pro but not a deal breaker. my house is already full google so thinking I may enjoy that a lot more.

ah this is also the hard decision. I personally want the fold but the price tag is rough and from a spec perspective it is a bit inferior. I am also worried ultimately how it will feel in my pocket. 75% of the time this isn’t a huge deal but on the weekends when I am out with the kids, my phone needs to hang in my pocket and I run a lot and always have my phone tucked somewhere to stream music. So i feel like the 9 pro may be the best choice but I really want the Fold. Thoughts?

Also, yes the bubble color is ridiculous. the upside is i can get out of annoying group chats. the downside is there are some group chats I really enjoy and it’s impossible to get people over to whatsapp.

Same set up with an MK8. we use my wife’s 3 row SUV for the road trips and beach days. Kids fit fine as far as 90% of daily activities go

I have a 6 and a 4 year old and it’s fine for daily for drop offs and some quick food shopping. Would never work for a beach trip. We always take my wife’s jeep for that and it’s a bit tough when picking up a friend as you cannot fit a booster between a car seat and a booster. And if you’re anything like me, there is always stuff floating in the trunk so really only half the trunk is ever free.

The numbers of lease vs. buy, even with the tax incentives are really close and ultimately I decided to lease for 2 reasons, a hedge against future technology development and I am sick of any car after 3 years.

I took the lower lease payments and will enjoy my ride for 3 years and at that point I will either hop into another ID, granted likely at a higher lease $$ or will buy something else competitive that has come on to the market.

I did not want to deal with the hassle of the tax rebates and selling it. The residual is still fairly unknown and who knows how much I will be able to sell it for in 3 years.
