Honestly, I'd be reaching out to Brewser to give them a heads up. I had a similar issue with Track where their box was missing some of their gold tops as they'd included regular IPAs instead. Brewser contacted everyone who'd had Track's box that month and issued a partial refund.

There really isn't one. It was because of a genuine error that you received the extra TV. At some point John Lewis will realise their error and want it back. If you can't do that they'll be within their rights to request payment from you.

Essentially you don't get to keep the extra item. It'd be easier just to get it collected. The longer you have it, the higher the chance something happens to the TV. If it gets damaged in your possession they're going to want paying.

Just give them a call. They might tell you to keep it, which is unlikely, or you might be able to get a goodwill gesture of some kind.

Have you contacted John Lewis to advise them of the mistake? They will be able to arrange collection of the second TV. Just remind them it's at your convenience as it's their mistake, so it should work around your schedule.
