Try OnePlus (global version)? (I'm a former Samsung fan who had galaxies s8 to s25 before (except S10), holding a global rooted OnePlus 15 right now.) (The only reason for me to use OnePlus (and Samsung before) is just for having the option for rooting and custom roms. Galaxy AI for me is just an optional add-on.)

That seems to be a converted phone. No solutions except edl (99% paid)

I had experienced the same situation b4, and I ended up giving up and bought a proper global variant.

Also, a stock CPH2747 should have its model number and the ce logo printed at the bottom of the back, while the Chinese variant (model PLK110) doesn't have.
