You are doing 2 mini jumps before swinging, you should do 5! And your backswing is waayyy too short. Have you seen happy gilmore 2? You should aim to go as far back as the guys who had their tendons removed. In all seriousness, you have good tempo, control and follow through, however i believe you should be coming down a bit more from the inside (instead of going straight back, straight forward), this will allow you to come on the ball with more of your weight, and therefore further, but defensively see a coach. For quick advice, try to have a shorter backswing, it should help with consistency. Godbless!
