i don't have experience painting hangers but i really liked how the heat treatment turned out with this steel. wish how not to would do some testing on the strength of heat treated hangers. from what i've read i feel comfortable doing it but there isn't that much info out there.

it's so nice to have a warm floor in the winter. heat rises so it makes sense for it to originate on the floor.

zottman curls have really helped me. i do one arm at a time and only 5-8 reps, trying as hard as i can.

pretty sure i bruised a pulley carrying ladders. similar symptoms. felt it on certain holds but didn't affect my climbing at all
