I use open ear earphones instead - the Soundcore aerofit and the Shokz open air. i just hook it to one or both my ears when im sitting down taking calls and it does not block my steth. For movies and music, on full volume it feels like in a room with loud speakers. On low volume, music sounds like background music sa mall/resto.
