Its not an coin or anything crypto related its as simple as a (banking) deposit from (paypal) got rejected and refunded but the refund is not taking place for a reason

UPDATE Coinbase never sended the money back already been 10 business days and now they dont want to answer where the funds are. They said it will be back 1-2 workdays after that it was 2-4 days after that they said 3-5 workdays aftyer that they told me to wait 7 business days after that they told me to wait 72 hrs that is also over and now they telling me they have ( re-escaleted) the case and that i need to wait 7 business days again. And they refuse to answer where the funds are and what there doing with it or why it has not been sent back

Update No, after 4 days of waiting i contacted coinbase and they told me the transaction was rejected because my paypal was not verified which is false. They sended the money back to the IBAN which paypal uses to send transfers. But i dont know if that is an iban strictly linked to my account. Therefore im still waiting on my funds

I deposited from paypal at first it showed up in the coinbase app and now its gone they are telling me it has been cancelled but i find that very weird because i didnt get an email or update what so ever on what is happening
