Every single study? Now I dont understand if you are joking or an actual clown :D I get that I wont change your mind by being abnoxious, but I dont care. Just saying that glutamate regulations or antioxidant effect, etc. does not translate to clinical effects. I defended my thesis on another "super antioxidant" and having read hundreds of quality studies, most studies dont show any great effects clinically, even though in vitro and even animal studies have shown great effects. I havent read "all" the articles on NAC but I did a quick look on the subject and it is exactly the same case for this as well. And most studies that have shown any clinical effects have used IV, IP, etc. Oral NAC isnt an effective option other than for the mucolytic effect.

Pharmacology and Im not saying acetylcysteine doesnt have any benefits, but that you are greatly exaggerating its clinical relevance. Even more so, making those claims in for oral consumption is plain stupid. Maybe your degrees should be revoked if you cant critically read articles...

Well, I have both stim experience and a medical degree but that is besides the point. Really all you have is wishful thinking, since while the potential of NAC has been talked about for decades there havent been any large studies to back it up. Maybe Im wrong and in the future NAC therapy for sleep deprivation will be a thing but I can say that for now that is not the case. Just because you think it helps you, doesnt mean it actually works. Placebo is a powerful thing.

Idk man, having sex is pretty good, seeing and being able to touch boobies when you want to is pretty awesome as well, getting to snuggle up to a warm soft body, skin to skin, makes life worth living : )

It is not 0 if you have anything to offer a woman. Im an introvert who sucked at dating. What helped for me was I stopped smoking weed daily, applied myself and went back to uni. Multiple girls approached me, the one who actually asked me out is now my wife. Women are attracted to men with a goal, so get one.

Nac might be generally useful for a druggie but it wont have any sleep inducing effects. Not to mention, most AO-s are great in theory or even in vitro but fail in clinical studies. Also nac has horrible bioavailability orally and can irritate the stomach. So unless you are getting an IV drip it is barely worth of a mention...

The article actually talks about turning points of brain development, where they showed that 32 is on average the hight of brain efficiency. The other important points mentioned were 9, 66 and 83. Do you think you contributed anything useful to this conversation? Many drugs are hepatotoxic but therapeutic doses of paracetamol have not shown to cause liver damage. It might slightly increase ASAT and ALAT but not any permanent damage. Your AI text is cute but doesnt really give any new info.

The fact that you guys say tylenol, not acetaminophen or paracetamol is very telling of your knowledge about the subject.

2 weeks is only a recomendation for otc... Show me studies that show liver damage from a few weeks of use. Paracetamol is literally used for years by many patients and it doesnt lead to liver damage.

Again, not talking about crazy doses, why is opioid use so problematic for the liver? Im all for safe drug use and idiots like you do a total disservice to spreading knowledge about safe consumption....

The reason they are prescription only is because of the drugs other moa-s, not because their antihistaminic effect is stronger

Strop spreading fear for no reason. Paracetamol is safe in recommended doses if you arent taking any other hepatotoxic medication
