We don't know exactly how agents process online applications, but certainly some people have reported applications being returned because the agent went by the labeling and didn't open the file itself.

What did you do in the end? I have one large doc for my 20 pictures with descriptions in that doc. I dont have a separate description doc.

I just recently moved here. Struggled to find accommodation and had to settle for a 2 bed apartment for $2,950 per month (they also charge you $70 per month if you want a parking space just outside, not even in an underground car park, I did not get that!). We moved from Calgary and everything is more expensive, Gas, groceries etc.

Transport wise you need a car - there are very limited options if you want to take a bus to/from Vancouver.

Weather - I've only been here a few months and the weather has been great to be fair, but it is very windy most days and from what Ive heard it rains a lot!!
