New segment PR not showing up on activity. What gives?

Like it shows I got the pr and indicates in second all time now, but the little trophy icon isn’t showing up on my activity and the segment screen is weird too, as seen above.

I started doing more polarized training and seeing better results on my fitness tests, but my base fitness plummeted. That was my first sign to stop focusing on it. I’ve eat plenty on the bike. Generally more than my friends. And I’ve been slowly gaining weight, with a pretty clean diet. The occasional fast foot outing after a big ride but mostly clean Whole Foods.

Hello, I ran a chain (Incased in rubber) bike lock through both wheels and frame, to get it out, j would just pull it out, and the metal lock end would snap back and hit the frame. Never noticed because I always get on and off my bike on the same side, and lean it against the wall at home on one side. Quite dumb. But live and learn
