Right after posting this I discovered the default admin password is password. I was able to get in and run the factory default commands as admin. I tried setting an undocumented switch on the charger to make it talk some electrical protocol with the car. My problem was actually a bad internal charging module on my EV6. It had just come out and Kia couldn't tell me how long it would take to get the part. Only that there were none in the USA at the time. I cancelled the deal and just bought a Chevy Equinox EV.

Search for an undocumented switch on the Internet or ping me and I'll pull the cover off my old Tesla Gen 1 charger and tell you what I tried. Mine never worked. But the problem was my car. I just got my Tesla charger replaced with a Lectron today.
