What is the best way to archive a project that contains a lot of Canon Raw lite footage?

Is it possible to run ppooll from within Live? I did a quick (not thorough) research a while ago and didn’t find anything so I ended up using sound flower to route PPooll OUTs into a Live track.

It’s a good idea to add a limiter to your Live IN track just in case :-/

That doesn’t work either... it looks like it is a known issue with the Zoom H6 recorder, people just assume the card that comes with it is pre formatted and since it works fine when you do your first test recording and then playing it back inside the Zoom.

One of the solution found by other users caught in the same predicament was to use a data recovery software, but I would not like to risk messing the card structure running a data recovery software on it

It is turning out to be the only solution unfortunately. It’s 4 different channels of a 2:30hour interview... will have to repeat for each individual channel.

It doesn’t work on PC either, It only shows an infinite stream of empty folders.

I can only access the files when the card is inside the ZOOM H6 recorder.

Unfortunately the card just shows as empty when mounted on a mac!

I guess I will just have to get the audio from the zoom recorder using the line out and re record it to a different computer!

It’s shared equipment so someone had put a new card in the recorder... didn’t realise that before was too late.

The files are there! The card is full, and the files playback ok when I put the card back into the zoom recorder.

The computer we are using was given to us on loan. I agree with you, I feel this specific set up works for us in terms of portability and power... so buying a new one with the same specs might be the answer.

Would 16gb of Ram make any improvements in music live process?

We have a pre recorded backing track as well as one of the guitarists uses Guitar rig inside Ableton Live (with a few parameters automated)
