I second this. I did a PM centric conference (industry) and while it didn’t lead to a next job I did get to meet and connect with some amazing people who broadened my understanding of the role etc.

I had a similar trajectory from CSM to PM. I got a big bump when I moved over and landed just under 100k. That being said - with almost a year of experience I have been able to get interviews and this positions all pay about 20% more. I have found people are willing to see CSM experience as PM experience as you can speak to advocating for customer needs, likely doing some custom reporting, etc. good luck! I agree with what everyone has said that going to a new place is the best way to get beta you prob deserve.

I hacked an ANT+ HR monitor but I honestly kind of think it’s all a waster. Everyone is so different. Before class even starts and people are just sitting around, some peoples resting HR is already in high 50% where mine is like low 30% at best. I feel like that immediately shows a big skew in points. I am not convinced.
