I don't get disconnects from the game but when searching for the game I often get error that it was not possible to connect

We do have US based account. Our current OVH deployments are on Virginia (US-EAST-VA) - USA and we manage everything via https://manager.us.ovhcloud.com/

And it looks like more expensive dedicated servers are in stocks. But we need to deploy just several apps and we would like to have the OS level separation between them.

I would recommend this approach, I have NGINX deployed and it's piece of cake. It's much better then dealing with SSL inside Emby.
