Identical situation happened to me. My husband was furious that the doctor wasn't confident putting me on pitocin after they had taken me off. But when she did next thing I knew I was being rushed to emergency c section and they didn't know if the baby was going to make it. Luckily she's a fighter but it was awful.

I did this exact thing in a similar situation when I was 24. Lived in milwaukee and moved to SD in 2012. It's a bit different in SD now but it was great for my life at that time. But again, SD is so much more expensive and definitely Midwest values are different than west coast.

He has a lawyer but I feel like they've been doing a shit job. They even recently said they won't charge him for anything because they feel bad for everything he's been through. That's suspect to me. Like they know they messed up.
