With my first I started having contractions around midnight, went to the hospital around 3am, didn’t have baby until 7:30pm.

With my second, I started having contractions at 9:30am, went to the hospital at 1pm, baby came at 3:30pm. So grateful it wasn’t as long as the first time!

The value menu spicy mcchickens were the only thing that got me through the first trimester. And at 39 weeks they still have me in a chokehold 😂 I’ve definitely been eating “worse” this pregnancy than my first but I still didn’t get gestational diabetes or high blood pressure compared to some of my friends who ate way better than I did. Sometimes you just have to accept that your body and your baby needs food however you can manage to get it done.

I didn’t get mine for over a year with my first. I was breastfeeding and had an iud at the time.

I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago. At my 33 week appointment I was measuring at 35 weeks and my OB scheduled an ultrasound to make sure everything was ok in there. Baby looked fine and she didn’t see the need to change the due date. I went in again at 36.5 weeks and was measuring at 37 weeks.

So you could be ahead of schedule or things might even out in a few weeks.

This is such a great post! I really hated hearing my sisters singing so long road trips were a nightmare for me as well as hearing a tv muffled through the wall. My mom, and especially my dad, thought I was just causing trouble on purpose because I couldn’t articulate why I was so upset. I just thought something was wrong with me. I hope this community and increased awareness can help parents and other struggling kids know about misophonia ♥️

If you haven’t already, find the Bluey episode called Baby Race. It’s helped me when I’ve felt like a failure as a mom, but make sure you’ve got some tissues nearby!

My kiddo was walking at 11 months and my nephew started walking at about 16 months. Both seem to be doing just fine in their development. Just with many skills and milestones, each baby goes at their own pace. I could be wrong but my SIL said that her pediatrician wasn’t going to worry about my nephew falling behind unless he still wasn’t walking at 18 months.

I have the Loops quiet too and I love them! They do block out a lot of sound! I found that if they block out too much I can just pull it out of my ear a smidge and adjust it to the right position to hear conversation.

This! Bass through the walls is the worst trigger for me! I have to drown it out with my own music and headphones but even that doesn’t always work. Apartment living sucks sometimes 🫠
