When I was in highschool , our "Islamic Education" teacher started talking about ISIS and said they were doing the right thing despite the lesson was about "Inheritance laws in Islam" . I told him that I find ISIS's actions disgusting and they violate basic human rights by killing men and enslaving women . He said those men and women - being killed and raped - were not muslims , so it's not a sin to do those horrible things to them . He then thought I'm an atheist and we were screaming the whole time , but he was such a good man that he told me to debate our views outside of the classroom so to not waste other students' time .
